Originally residing on opposite sides of the country, Ez Pudewa (creator and editor of leading design & style blog Creature Comforts) and Marichelle Burdman (creator and former editor of Heart Handmade, the home of independent design) met just a little over two years ago through the world of blogging. Neither one of them thought that they’d ever end up living in the same state let alone starting a business together, but they now both call The Garden State their home and unveiled their new creative gift packaging brand NICE PACKAGE in early October 2009.

With a shared obsession for incorporating creativity in the everyday, Ez and Marichelle have developed a gift packaging line designed to offer simple solutions for infusing creativity and beauty into their customers' homes and lives. The line includes a unique collection of gift-packaging essentials that will add sparkle to gifts, and home décor items sure to bring a touch of whimsy to any home.

Gaining first-hand experience from running successful Etsy shops of their own, both Ez and Marichelle know how important gift packaging presentation is, not only when it comes to giving gifts but also when it comes to selling and packaging as a whole. They have said, “Nothing makes us happier than receiving an email from one of our customers saying how much they appreciated the wrapping and presentation of their purchase...that they loved it so much that they almost didn’t want to open it!  That’s what NICE PACKAGE is all about.”
